In June 2011 the new Work Health Safety Bill was passed by the NSW Parliament.
On the 1st January, 2012 it will become and Act and therefore a legal document that all Persons Conducting a Business Undertaking ( PCBU’s ) must comply with as well as the new Work Health Safety Regulations which are also complete. Codes of Practice and Guidelines will also follow shortly and be in place for implementation from 1st January, 2012.
